Clearing Cache in Google Chrome

At the top right of the screen click on the three black dots for the Chrome Menu:

- Click on More Tools - to the left click on Clear Browsing Data

If the following 4 items are not selected - click on Advanced 

1. Browsing History
2. Download History
3. Cookies and other site data
4. Cached images and files

Choose the Time Range: All Time

Click on Clear Data

Close out of all screens open with the browser to get a new connection
