DIY Projects for your Next Conference

Prepare for your next large-scale conference, meeting, tradeshow or other gathering with these DIY projects!

Large-scale meetings require a lot of preparation. Whether you are part of a team organizing the entire event, a caterer hired to provide the participants with meals, or a tradeshow participant planning items to include at your booth there are a lot of projects that can make it easy to personalize the event.

Giveaway Bags

Everyone loves giveaway bags. They can be fun, useful, and a great way to provide guests and participants information, product samples, event supplies and more. Stuff tiny giveaway bags or full-size totes. Fill them with just a few small items, or pack them to capacity.

Some giveaway items to consider include meeting information cards and drink or meal tickets, bottled water, custom stickers, treats, wearable items and more.

Name Badges
